Benyazwar graduated with a Master's of Communication Engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, in 2009 and is a Certified ISMS/ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. He has over two decades of experience in information security and technology research and development, having served Telekom Malaysia R&D since 2002 before joining Nexagate as a Security & Risk Management Consultant in 2013.

He now leads the company as Chief Security & Risk Consulting.
