Aisyah graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Media Innovation & Management from Multimedia University and has extensive experience in human resources and corporate communication, having worked with industry leaders such as RHB, ARL Group and Selia-Tek Group.

As Chief Human Capital Officer of Nexagate, Aisyah is responsible for overseeing the organisation's talent strategy and other critical HR operations, including employee benefits, wellness programmes and supporting the organisation's continued growth.
